12 April 2011 – At a bank in Luxembourg the IBM i monitoring tool Pager/Control has been implemented in combination with the systems management application Nagios. Pager/Control monitors the IBM i systems and the applications running on them 24x7. When a problem occurs on the IBM I, Pager/Control will send an SNMP TRAP to Nagios where it can be further handled in the same way as other servers on the network. The implementation of Pager/Control including the integration with Nagios was operational in just one day.
In April 2010 a Dutch engineering company implemented iMenu400 as replacement for IBM’s APD/400. The engineering company has approx. 1200 employees and offices all over Western Europe.

These applications support the Mitsubishi organizations in several countries including the Netherlands, France and Belgium. User access to the applications is achieved using iMenu400, the access management application for iSeries from SRC Secure Solutions.
